== Uplink &amp;amp; Activation ==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The &amp;lt;span style=&amp;quot;color:cyan&amp;quot;&amp;gt;uplink&amp;lt;/span&amp;gt; is your most important tool as a traitor. You can exchange the 20 &amp;lt;span style=&amp;quot;color:red&amp;quot;&amp;gt;telecrystals&amp;lt;/span&amp;gt; (TC) you start with for items that will help you with your objectives.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
By opening the Character menu, you&amp;#039;ll see your personal uplink code. &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Setting your PDA&amp;#039;s ringtone as this code will open the uplink.&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
Opening the Character menu also lets you view your objectives and the codewords.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If you do not have a PDA when you are activated, an &amp;lt;span style=&amp;quot;color:cyan]uplink implant&amp;lt;/span&amp;gt; is provided &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;for the full &amp;lt;span style=&amp;quot;color:red&amp;quot;&amp;gt;TC&amp;lt;/span&amp;gt; price of the implant.&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;

Codewords are words or phrases that every traitor will know. They provide a discreet way to identify or establish contact with a fellow traitor, which can be useful if your objectives include &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;span style=&amp;quot;color:cyan&amp;quot;&amp;gt;helping them with their objectives.&amp;lt;/span&amp;gt;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When you find some friends, &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;you can withdraw &amp;lt;span style=&amp;quot;color:red&amp;quot;&amp;gt;telecrystals&amp;lt;/span&amp;gt; from your uplink to give to them.&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; They can put these in their own uplink to spend for themselves.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Some offers available on your uplink require more than 20 TC to purchase, so if you want them you&amp;#039;ll have to share.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Assassination==&lt;br /&gt;
One of your objectives may be to &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;span style=&amp;quot;color:cyan&amp;quot;&amp;gt;kill or maroon a crewmember.&amp;lt;/span&amp;gt;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You can &amp;lt;span style=&amp;quot;color:cyan&amp;quot;&amp;gt;maroon&amp;lt;/span&amp;gt; your target by &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;preventing them from reaching CentComm&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; via the evacuation shuttle or an escape pod.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If you can&amp;#039;t maroon your target or they&amp;#039;re too important to leave alive, you&amp;#039;ll have to get your hands dirty and &amp;lt;span style=&amp;quot;color:cyan&amp;quot;&amp;gt;murder&amp;lt;/span&amp;gt; them. Make sure your target is not alive when the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;evacuation shuttle gets to CentComm,&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; and don&amp;#039;t let them be resuscitated.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Remember, the Syndicate want only your targets dead. &amp;lt;span style=&amp;quot;color:red&amp;quot;&amp;gt;Try to avoid mass murder or major damage to the station,&amp;lt;/span&amp;gt; as the more innocent lives you take, the more of a liability you become.&lt;br /&gt;

The target may be in their office, or on their person. It may become necessary to kill whoever is carrying it, if you cannot pickpocket them.&lt;br /&gt;
