Harpy

Harpies, or Manna' Nar, Are a species of Humanoids that originate from the planet Avatel-Ran. In appearance, they are small, wispy humans with large wings and bird feet, with no hair, and pinfeathers in the place of hair. Their wings also have three taloned hands on them, which are double opposing, with two thumbs, and one true finger. Despite this, Harpies are some of the most dexterous people in known space.
