Minor antagonists are player controlled ghostroles[1] that give dead people a second chance to join the round and do something. They are spawned by random events.
Paradox Clone
A perfect copy of a random crewmember that was thrown into our universe by a space-time anomaly. To fix the paradox and survive they must kill their original counterpart.
They spawn with a full set of tools and insulated gloves, apart from that they have no special abilities. They are identical in apperance, DNA, fingerprints, clothing, equipment, ID, everything their original counterpart had at the time the paradox clone spawned in. This includes antaganistic traits, if the paradox clone copies an atagonist then they will have the same abilities the antag has. This will make it hard to figure out who is the original and who is the clone... unless you know your crewmembers well!
Revenant
This antagonist is currently out of rotation, it cannot spawn natrually or be tokened.
Renevants are beings made of pure ectoplasm that haunt crew and steal life essence from them.
Renevants have a life essence count, this is their own life force. Taking damage reduces the essence, dont run out!
Essence is also used to activate abilities
To gain better essence regeneration and storage capabilities or even refill your essence faster you must siphon crew members. To do this, you first need to inspect souls of their worth, by clicking on them. Alive people usually yield stronger "souls" at the time than crit/dead people so make sure to inspect EVERYONE when they are alive so that they are worth more when they crit or die! More worthy souls grant more benefits, when someone is crit begin siphoning them by clicking on them.
While you are actively siphoning someone OR using an ability, you are visible and vulernable to attacks (corproreal) . During this state, you cannot phase through walls or doors so be careful not to die!
Stolen essence is used to to purchase abilities so that you can incapacitate the crew easier
Rat king
Rat kings are abnormally large rodents capable of raising huge rat armies by eating equally large amounts of food.
Rat kings use their abilities by spending their hunger.
They are stronger than other animals, being able to fit under doors/airlocks and being able to withstand some damage, Rat kings and their servants are both capable of speech.
Their servants are very fragile however, be careful of spacings, poisonous gasses or even one big sneeze!
Rat king abilities
- Raise army, spend hunger to create one mini servant, with commands they can either follow you around, attack whoever you point, sit still or go crazy and attack everyone around you.
- Rat king's domain, spend hunger to create a large amount of ammonia and release it into the air, when you or your servants breathe ammonia, you will be slightly healed while everyone else is poisoned from inhaling it.
- Rummaging, To do this, go up to a disposals bin , right click it and press rummage. This will have a short doafter and will give you a random food item or a random piece of rubbish, it has a cooldown thats for each disposal bin, the more bins the better! This costs no food.
Space dragon
Space dragons are giant extradimensional fish that can eat crew and create carp rifts.
Dragons have powerful jaws that allow them to devour infrastructure such as doors, windows and walls.
When devouring a crewmember that is unconcious or dead, they heal.
They have an ability called Dragon's Breath which is a flaming projectile, it travels a straight flight path while exploding multiple times along the way. Try to avoid your space carp!
Dragons also have the ability to summon a carp rift. Rifts will spawn space carp and sharkminovs (sharkminovs are rarer) over time. It will take five minutes to "charge up" a rift fully and during this time its vulernable. After the rift is fulyl charged, it will become invincible to all forms of damage and contine spawning carp as long as the dragon is alive.
When a rift is killed, dragons suffer a temporary debilitating feedback effect.
If a period of 5 minutes passes where the dragon does not have an active charging rift they will despawn.
Dragons who have their maximum of 3 fully charged rifts will never despawn from the 5 minute timer, they are still mortal though.
Dragons have very good mobility in space.
Tips for dealing with space dragons
- If too many people are dying to the fireball the dragon uses, space the area! Spacing the area will give the fire no air to be lit and will instantly extinguish it.
- Prioritise attacking rifts, once a rift is fully charged it cannot be destroyed until the dragon dies, this will often cause alot of damages that could have been avoided.
- Travel in teams! Dont flank all at once, the dragon has an ability that makes you stunned, if your by yourself then you will most likely die to this.
Slimes and spiders
Slimes and spiders have no remarkable features, but they are hard to deal with when there is an infestation. They will both chase and attack anything they see.
Slimes may deal extra cellular or poison damage based on their color. Water does large amounts of damage to slimes, use it!
Spiders have a venemous bite and can create webs that slow you down, these webs are easily broken with something sharp. They can also pry open doors, win-doors and airlocks,
