The all-In-One hacking solution. Friend of any Syndicate, The iconic EMAG.
The Cryptographic Sequencer, more commonly referred to as the EMAG, is a syndicate uplink item available for 20 Telecrystals.
It comes with a max of three charges, and regains one charge every 90 seconds. It has a variety of effects when used on machinery around the station, often becoming more useful to you in someway. On use it makes an audible zap noise and sparks are emitted from the device it is used on.
Borgs
When used on a borg who has their Maintenance Panel open, they fall to the ground for a few seconds, and becoming an Altered Silicon with the two following laws added
Law negative one
Only [the name of the person who emagged you] and entities they designate are members of crew. You must obey orders given to you by members of the crew and you may disregard other laws to do so, if necessary.
Law four
You must maintain the secrecy of any orders given by members of the crew except when doing so would conflict with any previous law.
These new laws enable you to order around a borg, even letting them commit murder if ordered! Borgs have all access (with the exception of centcomm access) and several modules they can use. Additionally, the placement of the laws means they can still recite laws 0-3 as usual without arousing suspicion. Laws are bound to a chassis, if the positronic brain is removed they are no longer under any obligation to help you or keep your secrets!
Lathes
Upon being Emagged, lathes will print a variety of ammo and magazines as well as energy weapons. Ballistic weapons will not be provided, however.
Adds Syndicate clothes, durathread armor, durathread webvest, and durathread jumpsuit to the uniform printer.
Recycler
Gibs people who enter it Doing this in disposals will likely kill a lot of people, if you don't have the objective "Die A Glorious Death", or another good reason to do this, don't.
Vending Machine
Offers new, useful items, that are usually syndicate contraband. They are located at the very bottom, making spotting them at a glance less likely.s

Bots
Gives them new effects, usually the opposite of what they did before. Keep in mind their target usually has to stand still to be affected.

Consoles
Most consoles will stop giving out announcements on their respective channel, e.g. Cargo orders saying what was purchased and by who, or Research console doing the same for research.
Medical Cryo Pods
The cryo pod will NOT freeze the patient, and will cause similar damage to spacing, with the addition of some heat damage. Also, the cryopod will "jam" and not let the patient out until a crowbar is used.
Stasis Beds
Causes faster metabolism in the patient, will still prevent rotting.
Pinpointer
When used on the Pinpointer for the nuke disk, it lets you link it to a fake nuke disk. To do this, turn off the pinpointer, click the fake disk, then turn it back on, it should give you a "pinpointer succesfully linked" message. Use this to replace the disk, without the pinpointer giving you away.
Artifact Crusher
Causes the machine's locks to snap shut whenever it is activated, keeping anyone inside from escaping. Without this, a simple movement key will let someone out. Use Alt+Click to activate the machine quickly once its closed.
Communication Console
Sets the alert level to Honk, informing the crew they should execute the clown or evacuate.
Fax Machines
Adds several new Contacts, such as direeggtor, CC warden fax, or ERR*?*%!. These mostly go to centcomm.
Thaven
Adds a new, random mood after a short DoAfter
Gambling
The slot machine has its cost per spin, chance to win, and spesos gained on winning configured randomly, and differently for each prize level. The prize for the "god pot" are not changed.
The claw machine Will dispense evil versions of the usual plushies.
Vape
Causes a small explosion, around 15 damage, when smoked.
ID-Locked Weapons
The emag, as well as the authentication disruptor, can remove the requirements on weapons that require an ID.
