The cosmic cult are a conversion antagonist, with the objective to usher in the end of all things through their monolith.

Conversion

By bringing someone to the monolith, summoning the "knowledge" (or later, "truth") rune, and clicking it, you can turn them into a fellow cultist. Be aware you can't affect someone with the knowledge rune if they have a mindshield! Don't kidnap security officers and command until you have the truth rune unlocked.

Monolith

At the beginning of the shift, a vote is held to elect a custodian who can select the location of the monolith, as well as move it's location every 10 minutes. They can only select the area directly above their current location.
